The present appeal has been instituted challenging the writ order dated 02.02.2024 made in W.P.No.2311 of 2024. 2. The writ petitioner is the appellant. He submitted an application for medical reimbursement. The authorities rejected the application on the ground that the illness suffered by the appellant is not covered under the policy. Not satisfied with the said decision taken by the authorities, further representations were submitted.
