2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has no siblings except his parents. He further submitted that the petitioner’s father is an aged person who could not travel. 3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11235 of 2026 dated 11.06.2026 is modified to the effect that “ the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties (one of whom must be either the petitioner’s mother or wife and the other one be a local surety)”. The other conditions remain unaltered.
