After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would feel satisfied in case the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3-Collector Land Acquisition (Additional Deputy Commissioner), Reasi, to treat the instant writ petition as a representation and to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner within a reasonable period. 3. On the asking of the Court, Mrs. Priyanka, Advocate, caused appearance vice Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG, on behalf of the respondents and submits that the respondents have no objection to such a course being adopted, provided the claim of the petitioner will be P a g e | 2 considered strictly in accordance with the applicable rules and governing law. 4. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, and having regard to the innocuous nature of the prayer made, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the very threshold. 5. Accordingly, respondent No. 3-Collector Land Acquisition (Additional Deputy Commissioner), Reasi, is directed to treat the instant writ petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and to consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with the rules and applicable law, within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order, along with writ petition and annexures, are made available to the said respondent. 6.
