Also heard Mr. M. Bhagabati, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 and 3 and Mr. D. J. Boro, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4. 2. The present contempt petition is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of this Court’s order dated 01.10.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 1817/2024. 3. By the aforesaid order, this Court directed the respondent authority to process the release of the CPF, DCRG and the proposal of GIS and leave salary due to the petitioner in accordance with law and complete the same preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the aforesaid order. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due approval has already been given and matter is pending at this stage with the jurisdictional Treasury Officer. The learned counsel for the petitioner further Page No.# 3/3 submits that the jurisdictional Treasury Officer has sought certain documents from the petitioner for release of the aforesaid due, which are being submitted before the Treasury Officer. 5. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is of the opinion that the order dated 01.10.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 1817/2024 has been complied with. 6. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
