“(a) That this Hon’ble High Court by exercising powers u/s. 482 of BNSS, be pleased to release the Applicant on Anticipatory Bail in connection with C. R. 3. After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Nilesh Wable, learned Advocate for the Applicant, has sought a pass over to take instructions. After some time, at his request, the matter is taken up.
4. Mr. Nilesh Wable, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Anticipatory Bail Application. This request is not opposed by Mr. S. H. Yadav, learned APP for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. Prabodhan Jadhav, learned Advocate for Respondent No.3.
5. In view of the statement made by Mr. Nilesh Wable, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw this Anticipatory Bail Application.
6. Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.426 of 2026 is
disposed of as withdrawn.
