JUSTICE YARENJUNGLA LONGKUMER O R D E R 15.04.2026 The instant application has been filed praying for suspension of the operation of the impugned Judgment and Order dated 07.01.2026, passed by the learned MACT, Dimapur in MAC Case No. 29 of 2017. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Tongpang Imchen. It is stated that the connected MACApp./7/2026 has been admitted and it is submitted that the appellant has taken good grounds of appeal and it is very likely that the appeal will be successful and, therefore, in the interest of justice, it is prayed that the impugned Judgment and Award may remain suspended pending disposal of the MACApp./7/2026. 3. This Court has considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the records and, therefore, the impugned Judgment and Order dated 07.01.2026, passed in MAC Case No. 29/2017 shall remain suspended pending disposal of MACApp./7/2026, subject to the condition that the appellant shall deposit 50% of the award within 6 (six) weeks from today. 4.
