Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.12488 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 am until further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4.
