Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits a report dated 23.09.2026 in court today, is taken on record. 3. From the aforesaid report, it appears that the proceeding being Special Trial Case no. 10/2014 arising out of Sabang PS Case No. 179 of 2012 dated 23.08.2012 under Section 409 IPC has been finally disposed of by the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court-in-Charge, Paschim Medinipur declaring the petitioner herein, Debasis Chakraborty, as guilty for committing offence under Section 409 IPC and thereby convicted in terms of Sections 235(1) of Cr.P.C. vide judgment and sentenced dated 16.08.2023 and 17.08.2023. He was sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 5 (five) years and fine of Rs. 5,00,000/- i.d. to suffer further rigorous 2 imprisonment for a term of 5 years for the charge under section 409 IPC. 4. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the present Revisional application seems infructuous. 5. Accordingly, CRR 2465 OF 2023 is, thus, disposed of. 6. Consequently, the connected application, if any, is also disposed of. 7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below forthwith. 9. All parties shall act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court. 10.
