Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 3. Under the impugned order, the family court has fixed the interim maintenance payable by the petitioner (husband) to the respondent (wife) at Rs.5,000/- p.m. from the date of filing of I.A.No.1 of 2022, till the disposal of the main petition and has also directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent towards litigation expenses. The family court has also directed the petitioner to pay the arrears of the interim maintenance, within a period of two months from the date of the order. Aggrieved by the same, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 4. The family court, while fixing the quantum of interim maintenance payable by the petitioner to the respondent, has taken into consideration the employment details of both the petitioner and the respondent and the amount of salary they are earning.
