The records reveal that the said execution proceedings came to be closed on the premise that the decree stood fully satisfied. The petitioner–Authority has called in question the said order, contending that an excess amount of Rs.7,00,000/- had been paid to the respondents–claimants. 3. However, it is not in dispute that the respondents – claimants have subsequently initiated fresh execution proceedings in E.P.No.48/2013, which proceedings are presently the subject matter of W.P.No.41782/2019. In view of the subsequent execution proceedings, the grievance raised in the present revision petition no longer survives for consideration in these proceedings.
