In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the Endorsement dated 16.07.2026 (Annexure-A) issued by the respondent. 3. The petitioner is claiming right over the subject property on the basis of the registered sale deed dated 16.05.2024, produced at Annexure-C. 4. Hence, the impugned Endorsement dated 16.07.2026 is unsustainable in law. 5. Accordingly, a writ of mandamus is issued directing the respondent-Tahsildar to enter the name of the petitioner in respect of the subject land on the basis of the registered sale deed dated 16.05.2024, produced at Annexure-C, within an outer limit of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6.
