JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2. In this Writ Petition, petitioner is assailing the impugned Memorandum dated 08.08.2025 passed by the respondent No.5. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties it is observed - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15735 WP No. 33490 of 2025 that the impugned Memorandum dated 08.08.2025 (Annexure-A) is an appealable order as per Section 130 of the Karnataka Education Act, 1983. In this regard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that an appeal will be filed before the competent authority, however, as the SSLC examinations are scheduled to commence from tomorrow, they are seeking protection. 4. In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that, the respondents are restrained from taking any coercive action against the petitioner - Institution for a period of thirty (30) days to enable the petitioner to approach the competent authority for addressing the grievance. 5.
