The petitioner is an accused in connection with Govindpur PS Case No. 71/2025. The petitioner and some other miscreants were apprehended by the police as they were planning to commit an offence. On their disclosure, country made pistol was recovered. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got a criminal antecedent. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner and the fact that no recovery was effected from his conscious possession, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M at Jamshedpur in connection with Govindpur PS Case No. 71/2025.
