Sarala Bala Dasi None appears on behalf of the parties nor is any adjournment prayed for even in the second call. This matter was appearing in the Warning List and the appellant had sufficient notice that the same would be taken up for hearing. It appears from the records that the defects pointed out by the Department as far back as in 28 April, 1993 have not been cured.
