The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 553 of 2022 arising out of Bankmore P.S. Case No. 307 of 2021, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dhanbad. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on four occasions. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is in custody since 02.05.2022 and several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court. However, considering the fact that the case is pending for defence evidence as per the impugned order dated 17.09.2025, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner which stands rejected once again.
