The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for quashing the last three lines of the letter dated 16.05.2016 (Annexure-2) to the supplementary affidavit wherein the 3rd respondent has issued a direction to the Circle Officer, Keredari, Hazaribagh to initiate a charge sheet against the then Circle Officer (petitioner herein) and report about the institution of the same. 3. No counter affidavit has been filed in this case. 4.
