For direction upon the concerned respondents for taking steps to release the land of the petitioners pertaining to Plot No. 206, Khata No. 30, measuring area 9.075 decimals situated at Mouza No. 52 of Mouza-Dhansar, Dist.-Dhanbad from the manual list of prohibited land of NGDRS included by Registration Department, and Land Reforms Government of Jharkhand. ii. For direction upon the respondent no. 2 for granting permission for registration of sale deed and to transfer the aforesaid land by way of sale to the petitioner in respect of land measuring 9.075 decimals situated at Plot No. 206, Khata No. 30, Mouza No. 52, Mouza-Dhansar, Dhanbad and not to refuse registration of land in question.” 2026:JHHC:5551 Page | 2 W.P. (C) No.7556 of 2025 2. The action of the State is based upon the notification No. 1132 dated 26.08.2015, which is on the basis of Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908. The Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 has already been declared ultra vires by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.05.2025, passed in W.P.(C) No. 5088 of 2018 and analogous cases. 3. In view of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court, respondents are directed to remove the land of the petitioner from the list of prohibited land. 4.
