By the present Bail Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief :- (b) The accused Applicant above named may please be released on bail, in connection with Jath Police station in the C. R. No.20/2023 registered under section 302, 34 IPC, on such terms and condition as this Hon’ble court may deem fit and proper.

Faced with the said objection, Mr. Viraj Nalawade, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw this Bail Application to approach the Trial Court in terms of the liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 22 September 2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2864 of
2025. This request is not opposed by Ms. Shubhangi Deshmukh, learned APP for the Respondents – State.
5. In view of the statement made by Mr. Viraj Nalawade, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw this Bail Application to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in terms of the liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 22 September 2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2864 of
2025.
6. If a fresh Bail Application is filed before the Trial Court, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
7. Criminal Bail Application No.472 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
