Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that by the present writ petition, he confines his arguments with respect to the benefit of notional pay fixation and other consequential benefits and has no grievance regarding the posting at specific place.
Learned counsel for the respondent did not dispute the fact that the petitioners are entitled for benefit of notional pay and other consequential benefits in terms of the law as laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in various cases. In view of aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties, the respondents are directed to do notional fixation of pay and pay all other consequential benefits to the petitioner to which he is entitled under the law within a period of three months from the date of passing of this order. It is expected that the respondents will not make any unnecessary delay in making the payment of the benefits. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
