Considering the said submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21856 of 2025 dated 28.04.2026, is modified as follows: “(b) The petitioner shall report before the Trial Court once in a week i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders” 4.
