Heard and perused the order. 3. Considering the amount involved i.e. Rs.5419/- which is minuscule, and the speaking order passed by the learned Permanent Lok Adalat, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed. 5. This Court is inclined to jot down that RSLSA or other authorities, prior to filling of writ petition should evaluate, inter alia, other factors, the amount, the forum from which the matter [2026:RJ-JP:15685] (2 of 2) [CW-6516/2026] is arising/last adjudicated, more particularly the provisions governing, as in the matter at hand Section 22C of the National Legal Service Authorities Act, as writ courts cannot be approached in a cursory manner, and that the litigants who approach RSLSA, ought not be made compulsive litigants against conclusive orders, of appropriate forums.
