The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- “for issuance of an appropriate Writ(s), order(s) and/or direction(s) upon the Respondents in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the order dated 28.10.2022 passed by the Learned Court of D.C., Ranchi in Miscellaneous Appeal No 68R15/2016-17 (Annexure-6) on dated 28.10.2022 whereby and whereunder, the Learned Court of D.C., Ranchi was pleased to dismiss the Miscellaneous Appeal preferred against the order of the Learned Court of L.R.D.C., Ranchi in Miscellaneous Case No. 08/2011-12 dated 26.09.2016. AND The Learned C.O., Ratu, the Respondent No. 4 be directed to do mutation of the land under Khata No. 223, Plot No. 282, area 74 dismil situated at village-Ushamatu, Tikratoli, P.S. Ratu, District-Ranchi in favour of the petitioner, who is the grand son of the Recorded tenant of R.S. Records of Right.” 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 3.
