The petitioner is a wife who had lodged a complaint against her husband and mother-in-law since indifferences have crept in the matrimonial life of the petitioner and her husband. However, no action has been taken. Hence, this writ petition is filed. 3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the parties were summoned, an enquiry was conducted, and part of the petitioner's dress materials and other documents were already returned by the proposed accused.
