Having perused the material available on record, it discloses that there are eyewitnesses to the incident and injuries are also sustained. Though injuries are simple in nature, the Trial Court has to decide with regard to the nature of injuries. When the witnesses who have witnessed the incident also made the statement before the Investigating Officer for having witnessed the incident and pacified the same and snatched the weapons which were in the hands of the accused persons, it is a matter of trial and this Court cannot quash the proceedings as sought in the petition by the petitioners. Hence, the petitioners have not made out any grounds to quash the proceedings. 4. In view of the discussions made above, I pass the following: ORDER The petition is dismissed.
