Chauhan, learned DAG with Mr. Vikash Uniyal, learned Brief Holder, for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. In the High Court of Uttarakhand, the present case arises from Bail Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail for the Applicant – Smt. Gulshana W/o Shanu, who has been accused in Case Crime No.159 of 2026, under Sections 3, 5 read with Section 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007 and under Sections 3/11(1) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960 at Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar. 4. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has falsely been implicated in the present matter. He further submits that there is a delay in lodging of the FIR. He further submits that the Applicant is languishing in jail since 11.04.2026. 5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant has made out a case for bail. 6. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. It is directed that the Applicant - Smt. Gulshana W/o Shanu, who has been accused in Case Crime No.159 of 2026, under Sections 3, 5 read with Section 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007 and under Sections 3/11(1) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960 at Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar, be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond with two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court.
