Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited [KPTCL] has filed a memo. Same is taken on record. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent- KPTCL submits that the Hall Tickets were issued pursuant to the interim order and the petitioner has attempted the examination. It is further submitted that, as the selection list is also finalized, the question of adjudication at this stage is only an academic issue. 4.
