This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in CC.No.3546/2025 pending before the Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Kolar, for the offence under Section 138 and 142 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner so far, has not disputed that the cheque pertains to the petitioner's account and petitioner has signed the cheque.
