The limited prayer of the petitioner is that in light of the fact that she has to superannuate after four months, she be adjusted on promotion at a station which is convenient to her. 3. In these peculiar circumstances, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall approach the concerned Authority by way of fresh representation within one week from today, then appropriate call thereupon be taken within three weeks as from the date of receipt thereof. The ban on transfers imposed on account of the Panchayati Raj Elections shall not come in the way of the Authority in passing appropriate orders in the present case.
