The learned advocate for the petitioners is not interested to proceed with the matter and prays for an accommodation. 2. The writ petition appears to have been filed on 5th September, 2026 challenging the notice issued by the Officer-in-Charge of the Karaya Police Station in compliance with the requisition issued by the Executive Engineer, KMC on 14th January, 2026 informing that the municipality shall undertake demolition program soon at B/64/H/3, Ustad Bade Golam Ali Khan sarani, Ward No. 65, Kolkata as the Building at the above premises has been declared unauthorized. There appears to be no stay of the demolition order. At least nothing has been placed before this Court. Having regard thereto, I am not inclined to retain the writ petition on the file. 3.
