The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the representation and to grant increment, 10% experience bonus amount on completion of 05 years of service and incentive amount, PM – Jay Scheme as per guideline of the State Government with 18% interest within stipulated time in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the representation and to increase salary of 05% on completion of one year of service and to grant arrears as per order dated 04.10.2024, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are working as Staff Nurse on contractual basis since 20.06.2022 continuously. He contended that according to the circular issued by the State Government, the employees who have completed 03 years or 05 years of service have been held entitled for extending the benefit of 10% of the salary towards bonus. Petitioners have submitted representation vide Annexure P/1 which till date is pending consideration and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondents No. 4 & 5 to take decision on the pending representation on the claim of petitioner at the earliest. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respective respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioners, they are having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner as also contents of the circular dated 20.10.2022 4 (Annexure P/2) and further submission of counsel for the petitioner that representation submitted by the petitioners is still pending consideration, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the Respondents No. 4 & 5 to take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of representation keeping in mind the circular dated 20.10.2022. 6.
