It is pointed out that in pursuance of the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar on 9 April 2026, consequential orders were passed by 24 April 2026 by the Deputy Registrar under Section 77A of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (MCS Act), as well as order dated 24 April 2026 passed by Deputy Registrar under Rule 76B of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Election to a Committee Rules, 2014. Accordingly, following sentence be added in paragraph 6 of the order dated 18 August 2026: “Consequently, orders dated 24 April 2026 passed by the Deputy Registrar under Section 77A of the MCS Act and under Rule 76B of the Election to a Committee Rules, 2014 are also set aside.” 4) Corrections be carried out in order dated 18 August 2026.
