Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 109 (1) , 103 ( 2 ) and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . As per F.I.R. petitioner is one of the assailants of deceased and this petitioner along with one other co-accused person assaulted on the chest of the deceased by means of bricks, as a result of which, deceased died during course of treatment. 4. Considering the nature of accusation , gravity of offence, materials available on record and other circumstances Patna High Court CR. MISC.
