2/15.01.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail, in connection with Tebo P.S. Case No.05/2025 Corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.06/2025, registered for the offences u/s 8 (b)/18 the N.D.P.S. Act pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge West Singhbhum at Chaibasa.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that false allegation against the petitioner is made of cultivation of poppy plant in the forest area. He next submits that from the spot Sunil Oreya @ Sunil Odeya was arrested and he has taken the name of the petitioner and the said Sunil Oreya @ Sunil Odeya has been granted regular bail by the coordinate bench in BA No.7861 of 2025 and the petitioner is in custody since 21.2.2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement.
5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement and the person who has taken the name of the

petitioner has been granted regular bail in aforesaid BA and the petitioner is in custody since 21.2.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in connection with Tebo P.S. Case No.05/2025 Corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.06/2025.
