The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 242 of 2025(N), registered under sections 21(b)/22(b)/29 of NDPS Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused Abhishek Chauhan @ Sol from whose possession 4.45 gram brown sugar and 1.05 gram brown stone has been recovered. He next submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused from whose possession recovery has been made and petitioner is in custody since ( 2026:JHHC:992 ) 2 10.11.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi, in connection with Argora P.S.
