In terms of order dated 2nd September, 2026 matter is taken up for consideration when learned advocate representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 23rd September, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Nabadwip Police Station, Krishnanagar Police District and same is taken on record. Copy of communication dated 23rd September, 2026 is made over to learned advocate representing petitioner. 2. It is disclosed in communication dated 23rd September, 2026 that pursuant to order dated 2nd September, 2026 petitioner resumed duty being teacher of a Government aided school on 7th September, 2026 with assistance of concerned police authorities. It is also disclosed that police personnel are deployed for keeping vigil over the area. 3. In view of steps taken by concerned police authorities which enabled petitioner to resume duty being teacher of school, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of. 4. However, concerned police authorities are directed to keep vigil over the area so that no untoward incident takes place. 5.
