Case No.150 of 2024, corresponding to Cyber Crime No.24 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(B), (C) & (D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to file fresh one with better particular. 4.
