Affidavit of compliance has been filed by the contemnors. It appears that a reasoned order has been passed. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same. 2. The Court is of the opinion that the reasoned order that has been passed in compliance of the order passed by the Court gives rise to a fresh cause of action. The legality and validity of the same cannot be adjudicated in the contempt proceeding. 3. In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of. 4. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the reasoned order before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised. 5.
