The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation seeking action against the respondents 4 and 5, who have impersonated and executed fraudulent sale deed with regard to the petitioner's property. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed. 3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court.
