The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mirzachouki P.S. Case No.05 of 2018, for offence registered under section 379, 182 and 120(B) of IPC, pending in court of learned S.D.J.M., at Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is owner of the truck bearing No.WB65-B-0329. She further submits that the coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.709 of 2024 and ABA No.1456 of 2019 and the allegations are made that the driver of the said tractor has forcefully taken away the said truck from the custody of the police. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the said truck was forcefully taken away by the driver. 5. Considering that the petitioner is the owner of the truck in question which was forcefully taken away by the driver and 2026:JHHC:2291 2 not by this petitioner and the coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., at Sahibganj, in connection with Mirzachouki P.S.
