1. The order dated 25th September, 2026 passed in WPCRC 9 of 2026 is placed before this Court.
2. In the writ petition it appears that by an order dated 30.06.2026 the District Magistrate, Jalpaiguri was asked to file an affidavit within ten days explaining why the petitioner has not been paid his legitimate dues.
3. The said order was treated as a suo motu proceeding and numbered as WPCRC 9 of 2026.
4. It appears that by a submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner, recorded in the Court’s order dated 25th September, 2026, the writ petitioner sought to withdraw the writ petition itself and did not wish to proceed with the same any further.

5. In that view of the matter, WPA 981 of 2026 shall stand dismissed. Consequently WPCRC 9 of 2026 shall stand
disposed of without any order.
6. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
7. The order dated 25th September, 2026 passed by the Single Bench recording willingness of the writ petitioner to withdraw the writ petition is taken on record.
8. Consequently, MAT 83 of 2026 shall also stand disposed of. Connected pending applications, if any, are also
disposed of.
9. There will be no order as to costs.
10. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
