Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the only change in circumstances that rest of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail and it is only the petitioner who has not granted the relief. Learned advocate appearing for the State points out earlier the same was considered by the Coordinate Bench in CRM (A) 1157 of 2026. Three of the accused persons including the petitioner’s anticipatory bail was rejected. Having considered the submissions of the petitioner, I am of the opinion that there is no change of circumstance. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in CRM (A) 3041 of 2026 is dismissed.
