The instant writ petition is preferred to assail a Firm Debarment Order dated 17.11.2025 issued by the respondent no. 3 whereby the petitioner company has been blacklisted and debarred from participating in any tender for three years from 17.11.2025 in terms of Clause 5, Sub-Clause H, Point no. [ii] & Point no. [iii] and Sub-Clause M for alleged default in supply of four nos. of essential antimalarial drugs against 6 nos. of purchase orders [POs] as mentioned in Annexure-A thereto. 3. Today, Mr. Sahewalla and Mr. Borah have submitted, in unison, to the effect that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent Assam Medical Services Corporation Ltd. has revoked and withdrawn the Firm Page No.# 3/3 Debarment Order bearing no. 573801/20182 dated 17.11.2025 with immediate effect by an Order bearing e-File no. 573801/36627 dated 19.03.2026. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that in view of revocation and withdrawal of the impugned Firm Debarment Order dated 17.11.2025, there is no live cause of action to proceed further with the writ petition and the writ petition is to be closed. 5. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is closed. 7.
