JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18139 WP No. 10179 of 2026 ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: <i. Issue a writ of mandamus, directing the Respondents No.2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 08.01.2026 vide Annexure-E, and to regularise the services of the petitioner has been done in the case of Uma Devi & others from the date of completion of 10 years of service or at least from the date they completed 10 years of service as revised from time to time and to pay him the arrears of salary, increment and other service benefits on par with regular employees; ii. Pass any other Order as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.= 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representation dated 08.01.2026 at Annexure - E submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18139 WP No. 10179 of 2026 circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondent/s are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider his representation dated 08.01.2026 at Annexure - E and pass appropriate order bearing in mind the judgment passed by the Hon9ble Apex Court in Jaggo Vs. Union of India1 and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
