No.3441 of 2026 ORDER This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 to 3 respondents to take necessary action on petitioner's complaint dated 19.06.2026 pending before the respondents within stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation seeking action against the proposed accused, who has cheated the petitioner by receiving a sum of Rs.1,25,00,000/-. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed. 3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court. 4.
