This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for transfer of the case diary to Criminal Investigation Department, Bhabani Bhawan, Kolkata, West Bengal for further investigation and also direct the Criminal Investigation Department, Bhabani Bhaban to investigate the matter independently and file a report before the jurisdictional Court. 2. It appears from the report that order was passed on December 17, 2022 on the basis of Narazi petition filed on behalf of the de facto complainant praying for further investigation, which was allowed. However, no report was submitted when this revisional application was filed in the year 2024 when such prayer was made. 3. In course of hearing on behalf of the State, it is submitted that the FRMF no.574 of 2025 has been filed on May 3, 2025. The memo of evidence is placed on behalf of the State, which is submitted by the S.I. of Police. The learned prosecution has supplied copy of the same in this Court to both the parties. However, it is astonishing that in the year 2025 such report was submitted the copy of the same was not given to the petitioner or the opposite parties. 4. However, due to this subsequent development and this Court is not inclined to exercise the power under Section 482 Cr.P.C in accordance with the prayer made in the revisional application at this stage. The law will take its own course as report has been submitted after the report is placed before the learned Magistrate, who will do the needful in accordance with law. 5. Hence, in view of the above, this revisional application stands disposed of without entering into the merits of this case. 6.
