Mr. Bappaditya Haldar, Director Of Industrial Training, Bikash Bhawan Ms. Soma Kar Ghosh Mr. Arabinda Pathak Ms. Suparna Paul Ms. Shilpi Ghosh ….for the petitioner Ms. Aparna Banerjee, AGP, Mr. Arijit Bhowmick ….for the alleged contemnor The affidavit of the alleged contemnor undertaking to comply with the order filed by the learned advocate for the alleged contemnor is taken on record. Ms. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that an amount of Rs.22032/- has already been transferred to the bank account of the petitioner. Such submission is not disputed by the learned advocate for the petitioner. She, however, submits that the calculation of the aforesaid amount is not in accordance with the petitioner’s entitlement. After going through the affidavit filed by the contemnor, this Court finds that a decision has been taken by the order dated August 24, 2026, which is annexed to the affidavit filed by the contemnor. At this stage, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is another order dated 2 January 9, 2026 passed by the alleged contemnor considering the representation of the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decisions taken as recorded in the aforesaid orders, it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. With the above observations, CPAN 938 of 2025 stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
