Learned counsel for the State has filed the report of Mr. Himanshu Biswas, IC Nodakhali PS, DDH Police District. Learned counsel submits that upon receipt of a complaint regular surveillance, mobile patrolling and vehicle checking were conducted. Learned counsel also submits that police administration is maintaining strict vigilance to prevent any breach of the peace. Learned counsel further submits that the authority shall take appropriate action against any violation of the Motor Vehicles Act. Learned counsel also submits that the Transport Authority shall also take appropriate action. 2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the same the appropriate directions may be issued. 4. The respondents are directed to take note of the representation of the petitioners dated 15th June, 2026 and consider and decide the same after giving the concerned parties an opportunity of being heard expeditiously in accordance with law. 5. The police authority shall ensure that appropriate action is taken against the violators of the permit. 6. Since the affidavit-in-opposition has not been filed, the averments made in the petition are not deemed to have been admitted. 7. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expression made herein shall tantamount to be an expression on the merits of the case. 8. With the above observations the instant petition stands disposed of. 9. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
