G.S. Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral). Consideration in the present Letters Patent Appeal is sought to the order passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No.2267 of 2023 titled Khazan Singh Vs. Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd., another, decided on 27.10.2025, whereby the learned Single Judge had directed to pay 50% wages to the petitioner in the pay-scale of Rs.2720-4775/- w.e.f. 15.09.2003 to 13.09.2009, since he has been allowed to join duties from 14.09.2009 onwards in the corresponding revised pay scale. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. The learned Single Judge as such was dealing with the common award passed earlier on 12.08.2008 (Annexure P- 1) by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court which was also subject matter of consideration in LPA Nos.35 of 2026 and 45 of 2026 on earlier occasions and the matter had been remanded. 3. Vide order dated 09.04.2026, a detailed order has been passed in LPA No.35 of 2026, titled HPSEBL and another Vs. Deep Ram, whereby we have upheld the order pased in similar circumstances. 4. Resultantly, the present appeal stands dismissed for the reasons stated above as squarely covered by the same. Pending miscellaneous application(s) if any, shall also stand disposed of. (G.S.
