Since the matrimonial suit has been dismissed, an appeal lies therefrom. For such reasons, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. C.O. 3357 of 2026 stands dismissed as not entertained. At this stage, the petitioner appearing in person seeks leave to withdraw the civil revisional application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. In the light of the submissions made by the petitioner appearing in person, C.O. 3357 of 2026 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
