5. It is further contended by the learned Additional Advocate General that the impugned order at Annexure - A is merely an inter-departmental communication between the revenue authorities. It is also submitted that the impugned
order dated 30.06.2025 (Annexure - A) has been challenged before the Deputy Commissioner in R.P. No.662/2026, wherein the matter is pending consideration before the Deputy Commissioner, Bengaluru Urban District, and accordingly sought for dismissal of the writ petition.
6. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is forthcoming that the impugned order at Annexure - A dated 30.06.2025 has been challenged by the respondent No.4 before the respondent No.2 in R.P. No.662/2026.
7. In that view of the matter, as the impugned order/ communication at Annexure - A challenged in the aforesaid appeal, is pending
consideration before the competent authority, I am of the view that no interference is called for in this petition.
8. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
